IT Systems Development Manager

Chroma are working exclusively with a leading UK manufacturer who looking for an IT Systems Development Lead to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s ready to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and make a real difference in how the business operates day to day. This is a hybrid role (4 days a week in the office, 1 day working from home) in their office near Worsley, and offers a salary up to £60K.

The company are a well-established engineering business that provides high-quality process measurement and control solutions to customers all over the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and are now investing in improving their systems and processes.

As the IT Systems Development Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for all things IT – from managing systems and applications to leading the IT team and strengthening cybersecurity, governance, and risk policies. You’ll get the chance to lead exciting projects, modernise systems, and add value from day one.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in an IT Systems role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in developing and delivering IT strategies
