#BelongWithUs The Underfloor Heating Store are seeking a Digital Designer to be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually impactful assets across our eCommerce websites and digital marketing channels.The Role: As a Digital Designer you will be responsible for designing web content blocks, homepage banners, campaign pages, UX components, and promotional assets, helping shape the customer journey across desktop and mobile. You’ll also support wider marketing efforts with email graphics, social creatives, and digital ad visuals.Key Responsibilities Design on-brand assets for our websites, including homepage banners, promotional tiles, UX components, and content sectionsSupport UX/UI improvements across landing pages and customer journeys (desktop & mobile)Collaborate with the eCommerce and development teams to implement design changes that enhance usability and performanceCreate digital graphics for email campaigns, paid ads, and social contentContribute to A/B testing ideas for visual elements and calls-to-actionMaintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while pushing creative boundariesWork from briefs and performance feedback to iterate and improve asset performanceManage multiple design tasks efficiently with strong attention to detailThis is primarily a hybrid-based role. You should be based in the UK and our Head Office is based in Basildon. You: You’ll live and breathe our digital-first ethos, with a proactive and “can-do” approach to Digital Design. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider Digital & IT team and you’ll be committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.Skills and competencies Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design and responsive web assetsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or FigmaGood understanding of eCommerce layout principles and conversion-focused designFamiliarity with HTML/CSS (basic understanding is beneficial for collaboration)Strong visual storytelling and typography skillsExperience designing assets for Shopify or other eCommerce platforms (preferred)Able to interpret briefs and data to guide design decisions It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Building Products, Customer Journey, Digital Designer, Online Retail, Online Trading, Plumbing & Heating, Retail, UI Design, User Experience, User Design, UX / UI Optimisation, UX Design.Us: The Underfloor Heating Store is a leading provider of innovative and energy-efficient Underfloor Heating solutions.
