Principal Service Designer - Urgent!

Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced Service Designer to join a high-profile project for a leading company.

The role is a hybrid role - 2 days p/week on-site in Leeds, and 3 days remote, and is inside of IR35.

Key skills:

• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital or omni-channel services
• Strong knowledge of GDS principles and a track record of delivering to GDS Service Standards
• Expertise in service blueprinting, user journey mapping and ecosystem mapping
• Research-informed design within collaborative, agile teams
• Excellent stakeholder facilitation and visual communication
• Experience mentoring or building design capability
• Confident with Miro/Mural, Figma and Office 365
• Public sector, NHS or other regulated-environment experience
• Understanding of data-driven experimentation and behavioural analytics
