Support Engineer

1st Line EUC Engineer required for a six-month rolling contract with a leading global law firm. Immediate start.

The work:

Day-to-day desk-side support in a professional services environment that demands a steady hand and a clean, customer-facing manner. Supporting c. 600+ users:

  • PC, laptop and mobile device builds and configuration
  • Software deployment via SCCM
  • Printer setup and MFP support (Equitrac follow-me printing)
  • New joiner provisioning and onboarding
  • Cisco Video / AV support
  • CMDB maintenance and asset accuracy
  • Office moves, setups and project work
  • Escalation handling with 2nd and 3rd line teams

You'll bring:

  • Hands-on 1st line, service desk or EUC support experience
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory basics
  • Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers
  • Comfort with ticket-based ITSM (ServiceNow or similar)
  • A professional, customer-facing manner suited to a top-tier client

Helpful but not essential:

  • SCCM application deployment exposure
  • Equitrac or follow-me printing experience
  • AV / Cisco Video conferencing support
  • Prior law firm, financial services or professional services environment
