Salesforce Program Director
Location: UK – Travel to Nottingham as required
We're looking for a visionary Program Director to spearhead a strategic Digital Commerce transformation leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a headless architecture approach. This is your opportunity to lead a multi-million-dollar initiative that will redefine how businesses engage with customers in the digital age.
What You'll Do:
- Own the Program Delivery: Take charge of end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams. Establish governance, reporting, and ensure timelines and budgets are met. Drive Agile-at-Scale for maximum efficiency.
- Be the Client's Trusted Partner: Act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders. Build strong relationships, align with strategic objectives, and lead executive-level reporting and steering committees.
- Shape the Solution: Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical excellence. Oversee integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud with headless architecture components (API-first, microservices, MACH principles).
- Manage the Numbers: Handle budgets exceeding $10M, forecasts, and profitability. Ensure contract compliance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead Change: Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive change management for smooth adoption of new capabilities.
What You Bring:
- Proven Leadership: Experience in large-scale digital commerce transformations with meaningful client-engagement experience
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, headless commerce principles, and modern architectures.
- Business Acumen: Skilled in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Salesforce certifications.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with complex rollouts and multi-phase deployments.
- Exposure to composable commerce and personalization engines.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
