- Own Pipeline Generation: Consistently hit/exceed quarterly targets through strategic cold outreach to executive buyers in EMEA.
- Collaborate with AEs: Partner with Account Executives to align on ICPs, refine messaging, and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
- Optimize Outreach: A/B test cadences, craft compelling narratives, and leverage tools to maximize response rates.
- Build Scalable Systems: Document processes, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows—laying the groundwork for future SDR teams.
- Regional Expertise: Adapt tactics for EMEA focus markets while maintaining a unified go-to-market strategy.
- Speak fluent English (additional fluency in French or German preferred)
- 3+ years as an SDR in B2B tech, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in EMEA markets.
