You will be working closely with senior managers who are responsible for delivering social care services to a range of adult customers across West Sussex.
The work will be fast paced and varied, with unpredictable demands. You will be exposed to confidential and highly sensitive information and will be expected to work within relevant legislative and policy frameworks.
The work environment is friendly and supportive, and you will be a valued and integral part of the team, delivering services to vulnerable customers and implementing improvement programmes.
The role is hybrid working, but you may be required to travel to central offices across the county for meetings.

You will be a very experienced administrator who has worked with senior level staff, and will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation, planning and time management skills to meet deadlines and targets. Your verbal and written skills will be exemplary, and you will be able to work autonomously, managing competing deadlines whilst producing a high standard of work which will include concise, accurate and timely minutes for meetings.
You will be able to interpret data in a variety of formats, including financial and performance information. You will be required to exercise your initiative and consult with senior managers in decision-making to resolve any issues without delay.
