£21.53 28 per hour PAYE or £28 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35

Our client is looking for an experienced Systems and Data Analyst.

Hybrid- in the office 2 days, but negotiable to one day per week.

To work within the Service’s Business Support Unit as the Systems and Data Analyst to provide the service with intelligence and analytical support to improve the understanding of Solihull’s Exploitation, Missing and Youth Justice Service needs and inequalities.  Working in collaboration with the Department for Education, Ministry of Justice, Police, Community Safety and Analysts across Solihull Council and the wider partnership.

Experience of working within a data role, carrying out statistical analysis and interpretation.

Experience of providing complex information and advice to a range of customers.

Experience and knowledge of using relevant software systems and databases for effective data analysis (e.g. Excel, SQL Server Management Studio, R, Arc GIS).

Experience/knowledge of working with confidential and sensitive information and managing personal data in accordance with data protection regulations.

Experience and knowledge of analysing large data sets and using mathematical techniques to summarise and describe trends.

Experience of using other Microsoft Office Packages, including Word, Outlook (or equivalent)
