Senior Manufacturing MES Consultant.

On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced MES Consultant/Manufacturing IT Specialist to join a key digitalization and production optimization initiative within the process industry.

Key qualifications & expertise required:

• Process industry insight: Solid domain knowledge of the process industry, with a particular focus on the pulp and paper sector.
• MES & production management systems: Strong technical and functional expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and production control/planning environments.
• Consulting & Solution Definition: Proven track record in requirements gathering, solution specification, and working closely with business stakeholders and client interfaces.

Role overview: I

In this role, you will act as a bridge between production operations and modern IT/OT solutions. You will translate complex operational needs into clear functional and technical MES specifications, advising the client throughout project life cycles from initial scoping to implementation.

Location:

Remote work is possible for this position, candidates must be based in EU timezone though.

Languages:

Fluent English and French required.
