Role

Own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions—leading design authority across D365CE, D365BC, and the Power Platform , with deep integration to Microsoft 365 and Azure. You’ll translate complex requirements into scalable blueprints, mentor delivery teams, and steer quality from presales through go-live and support.

Key Skills

• Essential: Senior/Lead Solution Architect experience on D365CE (Sales/Service/Field Service) with hands-on ownership of enterprise architectures and integrations
• Essential: Proven solution design across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and core D365BC touchpoints
• Essential: Microsoft 365 integration (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel) and Azure services (identity, integration, data)
• Essential: Design authority for extensions, ISVs and integrations; defining standards, governance, and best practice
• Essential: Client-facing leadership—workshops, roadmaps, presales support, estimations, and executive stakeholder management
• Documenting as-is/to-be processes, functional specs, and solution blueprints; overseeing QA/UAT and non-functional requirements
• ISV ecosystem familiarity (e.g. Continia, Yavrio, Jet Reports)
• Strong mentoring of consultants/developers; driving continuous improvement and release readiness
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Driving licence
• Location: UK Home Based with periodic London/UK client visits
• You must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction (no sponsorship)
