Solutions Analyst (Regulatory Reporting)

Company Description

Control Now is a London-based RegTech firm focused on solving one of regulation's most persistent challenges: transaction reporting that is accurate, reliable, automated, cost-efficient, and built to adapt as the rules evolve. Since 2017, we've helped banks, brokers, asset managers, and hedge funds replace fragmented manual processes with reporting infrastructure they can trust, reducing both operational risk and cost.

Behind the technology is a team with more than two decades of hands-on experience in regulatory reporting and financial markets infrastructure. We've worked directly with the operational, technical, and regulatory challenges our clients face, and that practical experience informs every aspect of the business, from product architecture and regulatory logic through to implementation and client support.

Role Summary

The Solutions Analyst will sit within the Solutions team and support technically driven client growth by connecting regulatory insight, marketing activity, client outreach, product demonstrations, revenue operations, due diligence and account management.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone with 2-5 years of experience who wants to grow into a wider Solutions, client success, marketing, revenue operations or account management role. The successful candidate will be organised, commercially aware, comfortable with data and regulated subject matter, confident communicating with clients and prospects, and willing to build scalable processes in a growing SaaS business.

· Coordinate with Product, Regulatory Affairs and senior Solutions colleagues to ensure demos are relevant, accurate and aligned with client needs.

· Represent the business professionally in client meetings, webinars, conferences, partner discussions and industry events.

· Capture prospect and client questions, objections, feedback and product observations, then route these to the relevant internal teams.

5. Revenue operations, CRM, invoicing and reconciliations

· Create and maintain simple playbooks, templates, standard operating procedures and checklists for campaigns, outreach, demos, due diligence, invoicing and account management.

· Support webinars, industry events, conference preparation, awards submissions, partner activity and post-event follow-up.

· Use campaign, CRM, revenue and client feedback data to identify improvements in conversion, follow-up, CRM hygiene and client experience.

· Gather and maintain information on competitors, market trends, client needs, regulatory drivers, events and partner opportunities.

· Take ownership of additional marketing, revenue operations, account or Solutions tasks that support business growth as the company scales.
