The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist/Technical Implementation Consultant with hands-on Behavox platform experience to support a major surveillance and compliance data transformation programme.

You will play a pivotal role in architecting, integrating, and optimising the data ingestion and processing pipelines underpinning Behavox deployments, ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise data sources, communications archives, and surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data integration and onboarding activities for Behavox across structured and unstructured communication datasets (email, chat, voice, collaboration tools).
• Design, implement, and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines to feed Behavox ingestion layers from enterprise systems (Exchange, Symphony, Bloomberg Chat, Teams, Slack, etc.).
• Collaborate with surveillance, compliance, and data engineering teams to ensure data lineage, quality, and completeness across ingestion and archival layers.
• Configure Behavox data connectors, ingestion rules, and transformation mappings aligned to compliance policies and regional data-residency requirements.
• Support data validation, troubleshooting, and tuning of ingestion performance within production environments.
• Liaise with Behavox engineers, infrastructure teams, and data owners to ensure successful implementation and smooth handover to BAU support.
• Contribute to governance and documentation, including data flow diagrams, metadata catalogues, and interface specifications.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience implementing or supporting Behavox (Quantum/Intelligent Archive) within a regulated financial-services environment.
• Strong understanding of Behavox data ingestion architecture - data adapters, connectors, staging layers, and mapping configurations.
• Proficiency in data integration tools and Scripting languages (eg Python, SQL, PowerShell, Kafka, or Apache NiFi).
• Experience with communication-data formats and archiving systems (eg Veritas Enterprise Vault, Global Relay, Proofpoint, or Smarsh).
• Solid grasp of data-governance and compliance frameworks (MiFID II, MAR, DORA, GDPR, SM&CR).
• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills - able to work with compliance, risk, technology, and vendor teams collaboratively.

Desirable

• Prior experience integrating Behavox with surveillance or case-management tools (eg NICE Actimize, Nasdaq SMX, or SteelEye).
• Experience in data modelling, lineage, and quality frameworks (eg Collibra, Ataccama, or Informatica).
• Knowledge of voice and audio data ingestion, transcription pipelines, or NLP-based classification.
