Are you a hands-on Network Consultant with a passion for modern networking technologies and secure architecture?

We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist UK-based network consultancy with of experience delivering cutting-edge, client-specific solutions. They're looking to bring in a talented Network Consultant to support a growing portfolio of high-impact projects - including secure data centre migrations and enterprise network transformations across a diverse range of customers.

This is a fully remote role with travel to customer site when required (approximately once or twice a month).

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supporting network architecture and design
• Performing firewall migrations (e.g., Cisco ACI into NSX-T)
• Managing and configuring NSX-T in live environments
• Contributing to presales discussions and technical solutioning
• Supporting Software-Defined Data Centre (SDDC) environments
• Working with technologies such as Cisco ISE, Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Meraki, and ideally Juniper Mist
• Occasional on-site presence - projects are primarily remote

What you'll need:

• Active SC clearance (or eligibility) - essential
• Strong experience with NSX-T and firewall migration projects
• Hands-on experience with modern firewall vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
• Knowledge of SDDC concepts (Cisco ACI, virtual firewalls, VMware NSX)
• CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent
• Consultancy or project delivery background
• Bonus: Experience with Juniper Mist
