Remote (UK-based) - occasional travel to site
Fixed term contract to the end of March 2027, with the option to become permanent
Salary up to £75,000 - start ASAP
Are you a strong, well-rounded Business Analyst who can map processes clearly, write first-class functional and non-functional requirements, and communicate with confidence at every level?
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a global business services organisation on a fixed term contract through to the end of March 2027, with a real option to make the role permanent. The programme is taking an existing ERP (SAP S/4HANA) deployment towards go-live, so you'll join at a busy, important stage.
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing clear As-Is and To-Be process maps with the business and functional teams
- Capturing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, including BI reporting requirements
- Running gap analysis of processes against the existing requirements and test scripts, and helping get gaps resolved
- Supporting the UAT and test teams through testing, keeping defects triaged and moving
- Helping create training material aligned to the agreed processes and supporting early life support after go-live
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst, with strong process mapping and requirements documentation (functional and non-functional)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence working on ambiguous programmes and adapting to their level of maturity
- UAT or testing support experience is valuable
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar) is beneficial but not essential
