Can you join an SAP S/4HANA programme in its final phases, get a grip on the processes quickly and make sure nothing slips through the gaps before UAT?
We're looking for an Interim Business Analyst to join a global business services organisation as it takes an existing SAP S/4HANA deployment towards go-live. You'll capture the high-level To-Be processes and BI reporting requirements, run a rapid gap analysis against the original SAP requirements and test scripts, and get any gaps resolved ahead of UAT, which starts in the first week of January 2027.
Through UAT and end-to-end testing you'll work alongside the UAT Project Manager and testers, then help shape the training material and support the first week of early life support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing high-level As-Is and To-Be process models across the SAP functional teams
- Capturing BI reporting requirements, working closely with the BI Project Manager
- Running gap analysis of the process models against the original SAP functional requirements and the existing test scripts
- Recommending solutions to the gaps found, and supporting or leading their resolution before UAT
- Supporting the UAT Project Manager and test teams through UAT and end-to-end testing, keeping scripts on track and defects triaged and resolved promptly
- Supporting the L&D lead to create training material aligned to the agreed processes, then supporting the first week of early life support
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' interim business analysis experience bridging operational and technology deployments
- Strong process modelling, requirements gap analysis and UAT experience, aligning operational processes to functional requirements
- Proven effectiveness working with and leading onshore, nearshore and offshore teams
- Confidence on ambiguous projects, adapting good practice to a programme's level of maturity
- Clear communication of status and progress to technical and non-technical audiences, while juggling several highly detailed workstreams
