(London – Hybrid, 3 days per week)

The Business

Digitech are exclusively partnered with a high-growth AI SaaS start-up operating at global scale. The company has recently launched a state-of-the-art AI-driven platform and is in a strong expansion phase, growing steadily over the past 18 months across engineering, sales and customer success. Headquartered in London, they operate on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office) and are now looking to bring in their first dedicated Product-Led Growth hire.

The Role

You will be responsible for owning the entire customer journey — from first touch to activation and continued engagement. This is a founding-level go-to-market position focused on product growth, positioning, and user activation. You’ll be the in-house specialist for growth, product marketing, experimentation and scaling adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the full growth funnel (awareness → activation → retention)
  • Design and run experiments to increase onboarding, engagement and adoption
  • Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with B2B buyers
  • Build landing pages, emails, and onboarding experiences using PLG principles
  • Work closely with founders and product to shape go-to-market strategy

You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in Product Marketing.
  • Experience in Product-led-Growth SaaS products.
  • A founder-style mindset — scrappy, experimental, commercially aware
  • Hands-on ability to build and ship landing pages, onboarding flows and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer behaviour and PLG motion
