What success looks like:

We are looking for a Loyalty Analyst to join us on a 12mth FTC who will lead the analytics and implementation of our loyalty program. As well as creating reports you will provide insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize the program's performance and customer engagement. If you have great communication skills and are a great problem solver, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with Tableau and Power BI, as well as experience A/B Testing.



• eCommerce experience.



• Has an analytical approach when understanding loyalty dynamics and can provide insights that stimulate data-driven discussions supporting loyalty interventions and strategies.



• Good communication skills to articulate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and create compelling data narratives that drive strategic understanding.
