A global professional services leader delivering large-scale digital, technology, and operational transformation is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to strengthen its talent acquisition and sourcing capability.

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in building proactive talent pipelines, advising on sourcing best practice, and supporting high-volume and niche hiring needs across the business.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will:

• Develop sourcing strategies in partnership with Recruiting and Sourcing Leads.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future demand.

• Act as a sourcing SME, ensuring the right tools, channels, and methodologies are in place.

• Proactively source, engage, and qualify candidates while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics.

• Provide stakeholder updates through accurate reporting and data-led insights.

To excel as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you bring:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders confidently.

• Experience sourcing for both high-volume and specialist roles using advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, social channels).

• Proven ability to deliver direct candidates and influence hiring outcomes through data-backed insights.

• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and inclusive teamwork.

• Fluency in English plus one additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
