Company Profile – Salesforce Administrator:

This is a market-leading, residential property acquisition/tech business based in South London. Backed by a major investment firm and in a strong growth phase, they offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the stability of a well-funded organisation. You’ll be joining a collaborative internal tech team, supporting the development of Salesforce-based platforms that power everything from customer journeys to internal operations.

Duties & Responsibilities – Salesforce Administrator:

•    Support daily Salesforce admin tasks (user setup, permissions, data maintenance)

•    Assist with page layouts, validation rules, record types and other salesforce configurations

•    Help build and troubleshoot Flows and other automations

•    Respond to internal support queries and raise tickets were needed

•    Maintain clean data through validation and audits

•    Create reports and dashboards for internal teams and stakeholder reporting

•    Document system changes and support platform improvement projects with salesforce team

Person Profile – Salesforce Administrator:

•    Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required

•    Some hands-on Salesforce work experience (or via internships, personal projects, etc.)

•    Understanding salesforce basics i.e. objects, fields and record level access

•    Strong communication and collaboration skills

•    High level of attention to detail

•    Eager to learn and grow in a tech-focused environment

•    Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets

•    Salary: £28-£35,000 base

•    Total salary: £33-£42,000 including bonus

•    Hybrid working: 3 days in office / 2 from home

•    Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm
