About the Role

Are you a commercially minded leader ready to make a difference? Join EE as a Regional Commercial Leader and help drive performance, capability, and consistency across our retail stores. This is a highly visible role that bridges Regional Leadership and Store Leadership.

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with Store Managers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, enhance performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the region.

Instead of managing a large direct team, you'll influence, coach, and support leaders to achieve stronger commercial outcomes. Your insights, data analysis, and experience will help you spot opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and empower stores to perform at their best. If you're passionate about developing others and making a tangible impact across multiple locations, this is your chance to shape the success of an entire region!

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering with Store Leaders to drive commercial performance across the region.
  • Utilizing sales and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
  • Coaching and developing leaders to enhance capability, confidence, and results.
  • Supporting stores in delivering outstanding customer experiences and high-quality conversations.
  • Driving the successful implementation of new products, propositions, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
  • Sharing best practices across the region to create consistently high-performing teams.
  • Challenging constructively and influencing decision-making to improve business outcomes.
  • Fostering a culture of ethical, compliant, and customer-focused selling.
  • Spending regular time in stores, observing performance, and providing real-time coaching and support.
Essential Skills
  • Current experience or recent background in telecoms, connectivity, or consumer electronics.
  • Experience leading performance across multiple retail locations, regions, or business units.
  • Proven track record of improving sales, customer, or operational performance through coaching and influence.
  • Analytical capability and confidence in working with performance data and KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the South Central region.
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Performance Manager, or similar.
  • Experience coaching and developing Store Managers or senior retail leaders.
  • Experience leading change and embedding new ways of working.
  • Knowledge of commercial compliance, regulated sales environments, or customer outcome frameworks.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, capability programmes, or large-scale operational change.
