You will help shape how quality is engineered into every stage of the software development lifecycle. ResponsibilitiesEmbed within a cross-functional Scrum Team to build quality into the customer experience throughout the software development lifecycleWork closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners and Quality Engineers to identify risks early and influence testabilityDevelop effective automated coverage and provide clear evidence to support quality decisionsEnable and engineer quality as a specialist, supporting the team in delivering confidentlyContribute to an environment where Engineers, Product and Quality Engineers collectively own the quality of the customer experienceRequirementsMinimum 7+ years of technical experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in science (preferably Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines)Hands-on testing experience in iOS and Android mobile platforms using various functional and automated toolsMinimum 3+ years of mobile app automation experience with tools like Monkey Talk, Selendriod, Appium or KatalonDeep knowledge of Functional, Integration, Regression, Exploratory, End to End, Compatibility, GUI, Web Services and Accessibility testingGood understanding of Swift, Kotlin or similar functional programming languageStrong programming abilities and debugging skillsExcellent API testing experience using Postman, IntelliJ Client or similar toolsStrong experience with debugging tools like Charles Proxy, Splunk, Sentry or ConsoleExcellent communication skillsExperience with full life cycle software deployment using Agile practicesNice to haveExperience with WebdriverIO (WDIO) or comparable JavaScript/TypeScript-based UI automation frameworksAppium for mobile application automationJavaScript and/or TypeScript automation developmentNative iOS and Android testing and automationAPI testing and API automation frameworksCustomer Journey or End-to-End automationCI/CD tools and practices, particularly GitHub ActionsTest-data creation and reusable test-data approachesAutomation reliability, including identifying and resolving flaky or inefficient testsLogs, observability and other engineering tools used for defect investigation and root-cause analysis
