This Role

As an IT Technician, you’ll be at the heart of the Trust’s digital infrastructure—keeping systems running smoothly, ensuring secure access for staff and students, and helping deliver cutting-edge technology that supports teaching and learning. Your work will directly impact the educational experience of thousands of young people

What You’ll Do

• Support the Head of Network Services and Lead IT Technicians in maintaining and developing the Trust’s IT network and systems.
• Ensure all academies and central services have reliable, secure, and accessible technology.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and keep everything running seamlessly.

• Strong technical skills across wired/wireless networks, software packages, and a variety of devices.
• Calm under pressure with a knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage a busy workload.
• Innovative and solution-focused, with the confidence to present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Must be a car driver
