As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and expanding our international Cloud recruitment division. In our 360 model, you’ll develop your own desk, grow your client base, and drive the full recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business opportunities while building and managing long-term client relationships.
• Running end-to-end recruitment processes for Cloud-focused roles across global clients.
• Building and nurturing an international network of top-tier Cloud talent (AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, Kubernetes, Security, etc.).
• Collaborating daily with senior consultants and learning directly from some of the highest achievers in the team.
• Working in a fast-paced, international environment with candidates across the UK and Europe.

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 6 months’ experience in Recruitment and/or Sales.
• Strong ambition, energy, and a genuine growth mindset.
• A proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Real interest in building a long-term career in the tech recruitment industry.
