  • Predominantly remote working WFH with 1 day per week (Mondays) in office for sales meetings in London area
  • £50k-60k p/a base salary, OTE £100k-£120k p/a
  • Previous MSP / IT services new logo sales experience is essential

Are you a high-performing MSP Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new logo business in Managed IT Services, Microsoft 365, Azure, Cyber Security and Unified Communications?

We're looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to accelerate growth by securing new clients and delivering outcome-led IT and cloud solutions to SMB and mid-market organisations.

This is a pure new business hunting role focused on building pipeline, closing multi-year managed services agreements, and positioning strategic technology roadmaps at C-suite level.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Winning new logo business across Managed IT Support, Microsoft 365, Azure, Cyber Security, Networking and Unified Communications
  • Engaging C-Level stakeholders with consultative, business-outcome-led conversations
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline using structured sales methodology (MEDDIC / Challenger / SPIN etc.)
  • Designing and pricing IT & cloud solutions alongside technical teams
  • Leading full sales cycles (3–9 months typical) from prospecting through to contract signature
  • Presenting compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals
  • Collaborating with marketing and lead-gen teams to maximise campaign success
  • Representing the business at client meetings, networking events and industry forums

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in IT Services / Managed Services / MSP sales
  • Proven new business hunter with consistent target overachievement
  • Microsoft 365 & Licensing
  • Azure Cloud & Cloud Migration
  • Cyber Security & Managed Security
  • IT Infrastructure & Support Services
  • Experience selling into 100–1000 user organisations
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions in clear commercial terms
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and closing discipline
  • Self-motivated, energetic and process-driven with a hunger to win
