Are you an IT Systems Manager or similar looking to step into a high-ownership role where you can take the lead on onsite IT operations, work with modern Microsoft technologies and have a direct impact on a prestigious international investment firm, with the opportunity to develop your infrastructure skills and drive improvements across the business?

This international private equity and asset management firm operates across multiple global offices, supporting high-level investment professionals in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment. In this role, you will be responsible for IT support across the London office, working across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management and networking. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting driving improvements to IT processes, oversee device and user lifecycles.

This role would suit an IT Systems Manager or similar or similar looking to move beyond reactive support into a more autonomous position, where they can influence IT operations, work closely with senior stakeholders and develop their expertise across infrastructure, security and cloud-based technologies.

THE ROLE:

• Taking ownership of onsite IT support, resolving complex hardware, software, networking and meeting room issues
• Managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, user access and endpoint configuration
• Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, device deployment and IT asset management
• Supporting infrastructure upgrades, technical projects and wider improvements across the business

THE PERSON:

• IT Systems Manager or similar
• Proficient with Cisco NetSuite, Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint
• Commutable to London
