Analytics Officer needed in Central London £15.49 per hr ref OR121418

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with managers, team leaders, and operational staff to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct process discovery activities to document end-to-end workflows, including hand-offs, bottlenecks, duplication, delays, and variations in practice.
• Create clear process maps and workflow documentation to support analysis and service redesign.
• Analyse workload, demand, capacity, resource allocation, and performance data to establish accurate operational baselines.
• Identify data limitations, inconsistencies, and risks, providing recommendations to improve reporting and analysis.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insight and challenge existing assumptions constructively.
• Support the design and implementation of improved business processes that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and service outcomes.
• Produce reports, findings, recommendations, and decision papers for managers and senior stakeholders.
• Develop performance measures, benefits frameworks, and impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes.
