SC Cleared Support Engineer

My client are an IT consultancy specialising in all things IT support, they are currently working with a government body.

This role will be based over 3 sites in the west of England and will require SC Clearance

1 year contract

£18.87 inside ir35 (umbrella)

We are looking for a mobile engineer in and around the Swindon area as looking for a mobile engineer who could cover 3 key sites (Bristol/Carterton & Tidworth and their surrounding spoke sites) it will depend which queues are busiest as to where engineer deployed hence why a central location important - in some cases holiday/sickness cover will mean the engineer is deployed to one site for longer periods, Engineer must have a full drivers,license for manual vehicles so they can drive Clients vans onsite - 75% of the role will be handing out peripherals and equipment 20% ticket management - 5% Break/Fix engineering (not essential) Handing out peripheral and End User Devices

To ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately

To return all parts in a timely manner via returns process with appropriate paperwork.

To work within a team to achieve departmental KPI's & Goals (SLA, Customer Satisfaction, Utilisation, Efficiency, Productivity & Financials)

To build a good and professional relationship with customers onsite.

To engage with other Team members.

To escalate any issues or areas for quality improvements to their Team Leader

To follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader/ODM

Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings
