Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract commercial analyst, must have previous public sector experience, this is paying £400 per day inside IR35, initially 6 months. 

Commercial Analyst, Contract Analyst, Contract Management, software licensing, licence optimisation, contract transfer, novation, commercial due diligence, supplier contracts, SaaS licensing.
 
Skills for the role
People who have done organisational separation or integration

• machinery-of-government or public-sector organisational change
• mergers, acquisitions or organisational separation
• shared-service establishment
• service mobilisation
• operating-model implementation
• contract/service transfer
• large-scale corporate-function transformation

That experience is particularly valuable because the challenge is not simply designing something new. It is determining what moves, what stays, how it moves and how the resulting services operate from Day 1.
