Product Marketing Manager - EMEA
Our global award-winning client is looking for a strategic and execution focused EMEA Product Marketing Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract (potential to extend). You will drive product marketing efforts, with a particular focus on the Emerging Mid-Market segment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced product marketer to help shape product narrative and propositions and influence GTM strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Market insights - conduct regular market and competitor analysis to keep abreast of macro product/tech evolutions across EMEA, including topics of FMS, app integrations and AI
- Develop targeting strategies, ideal customer profiles, positioning and differentiated value propositions and messaging for the emerging mid-market segment
- Lead the development of sales enablement materials, supporting both new business and account management sales teams
- Work closely with product management teams to build product marketing plans. Lead the go-to-market efforts for new product and feature releases.
- Customer insights- leverage primary qualitative, quantitative research and rapid experimentation methods to uncover customer insights
- Triangulate multiple data sources to identify market opportunities and big customer problem spaces
- Regularly conduct market and opportunity sizing of key product-led initiatives
Required skills:
- Demonstrable experience in an EMEA product marketing role - supporting product and marketing strategy development, cross-functional execution and GTM
- Experienced in building customer profiles, value propositions, messaging hierarchies and identifying compelling proof points and ‘reasons to believe’ to support GTM activity.
- Customer obsessed and tenacious about understanding customer needs, behaviours and attitudes to uncover the biggest customer problems to solve
- Proven success in leading and building best-in-class sales enablement initiatives and materials
- Strong influencing, communication and collaboration skills - partnering with product teams, marketing and other business functions (UK and global) to deliver key projects and priorities
- Strong analytical skills - familiar with the concept of ‘TAM’, ‘SAM’ and ‘SOM’ to form perspectives of the market
- Results oriented - focused on driving business impact through initiatives that will deliver sales, customer and revenue growth
- Experience in an EMEA role including an understanding of the diverse cultural, regulatory, and business landscapes across Europe, Middle East, and Africa to support GTM initiatives across the region.
- Background in tech and SaaS is required
