Sales Operations Analyst

Our client is a leading SaaS Organisation, they have an exciting opportunity for an innovative Sales Operations Analyst to join their friendly team for a 12 month contract (potential to extend). This role will suit an ambitious individual who is forward thinking, can identify sales productivity opportunities which change the trajectory of their sales team in ways not previously considered possible and is willing to explore new methods and utilise latest developments in AI and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic problem solving - Uses data to break down complex problems, proactively prioritsing the most impactful work, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation
  • Operational excellence - Efficiently executes and manages projects from start to finish, establishes clear structures and metrics to keep teams on track. Simplifies, standardizes, and automates processes to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Stakeholder management - Builds trusted relationships to influence stakeholders and drive alignment toward common goals. Connects activities to business outcomes and communicates effectively to manage change.
  • Analytical - Develops data-driven strategies by analyzing business levers and external trends to drive growth and inform decisions.
  • Domain Expertise - Applies in-depth knowledge of sales operations to develop effective practices and achieve business goals. Leverages current and emerging tools to improve processes and stays up-to-date on industry best practices.

Experience:

  • 5+ years working in a Sales Ops/Rev Ops role
  • 2+ years with Salesforce (essential) plus other associated sales productivity tools such as Gong, Outreach, Seismic– experience launching CRM/tools into sales organisations a plus
  • Advanced Excel/Power BI/VBA skills Knowledge of SQL and experience with Databricks/Github preferred BI reporting tools such as Tableau a bonus
  • Comfortable representing sales ops and collaborating on cross-functional projects (finance, marketing, customer success)
