Role Title: Integration Delivery Manager
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Telford, hybrid at least 2 days per week onsite
Rate: up to £506 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Role purpose / summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodology, capacity planning and project delivery. this role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to manager and deliver projects on time ad within budget
Key Skills/ requirements
- Oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement and manage Agile methodology across teams for efficient project execution.
- Develop and maintain capacity planning processes to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
- Communicate project plans, objectives, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring goals are understood and met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used effectively.
- Foster collaboration between stakeholders, team members, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and documentation standards.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and address any issues or risks
Key skills and qualifications
- Strong project management experience with a deep understanding of Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in capacity and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project (MSP).
