This is a rare opportunity to lead a substantial, international, multi-product SaaS portfolio, shape the future of product innovation and play a central role in the commercial growth of an ambitious, fast-evolving business. You'll lead an established organisation of senior Product leaders and their teams, with responsibility for portfolio strategy, product investment, commercial outcomes and the evolution of an AI-first Product operating model.
The opportunity
- Lead global Product Management across a complex enterprise software portfolio.
- Develop and challenge an experienced team of VP-level Product leaders.
- Own portfolio strategy, prioritisation and investment decisions, ensuring product development translates into measurable commercial value.
- Drive AI-led product innovation, adoption and monetisation.
- Work closely with Technology, Engineering, Sales and executive leadership to accelerate growth.
- Help shape the next generation of Product leadership across the business.
What we're looking for

- Technical fluency across software engineering, product development and modern AI capabilities.
- The ability to lead strategically while remaining close enough to the detail to make a difference.
- Commercial ambition, curiosity and the energy to succeed in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Previous CPO, SVP Product, VP Product or Group Product leadership experience would be particularly relevant.
Why consider it?
A genuine executive-level position with significant scale, autonomy, international exposure and a potential pathway towards future CPO/CPTO leadership. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both product strategy and commercial performance.
