Your responsibilities will include:

- Helping the team make effective use of AI assisted development tools.
About you
You'll have a strong software engineering background and experience leading engineers within an Agile environment. You'll enjoy developing people while retaining the technical understanding to challenge decisions and assess the quality of the work being delivered.
We're looking for:
- Experience managing, coaching and mentoring software engineers.
- A technical background across technologies such as .NET, C#, React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript and Azure.
- The ability to read and review code, even though you are no longer coding daily.
- Experience managing software delivery and responding to changing priorities.
- A strong understanding of code quality, test driven development and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- An interest in cloud technologies and AI assisted development.
