The Role This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performance sales organisation focused on the Mid-Market segment, selling a solution with clear, quantifiable impact. You'll work with senior leaders across scale-ups and enterprise-level organisations undergoing digital transformation, diversity acceleration, and AI adoption.You will:
- Master a proven, world-class GTM playbook supported by elite sales training, coaching and methodology
- Use MEDDIC rigorously to qualify, progress and close opportunities
- Drive new business across strategic Mid-Market accounts, engaging C-suite and C-2 stakeholders
- Lead 6-figure deal cycles centred on digital transformation, capability building and workforce development
- Identify challenges around AI adoption, skills gaps and workforce capacity, positioning the platform as a direct solution
- Build and own your long-term book of business, retaining and expanding accounts over time
- An experienced closer (2+ years B2B closing experience preferred)
- Strong at driving net new business and generating your own pipeline
- Skilled at managing end-to-end sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Commercially intelligent, curious and hungry to learn
- Relationship-led, credible and able to influence senior leaders
- Motivated by targets, development and high earning potential
- A high achiever with a track record of top performance inside or outside work
- Full sales methodology training and GTM playbook
