IT Delivery Manager – Retail Technology

An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead technology projects across an international retail business.

We are recruiting an experienced IT Delivery Manager to take ownership of key technology initiatives within an established international retail organisation.

The role will focus on delivering improvements across e-commerce platforms, business applications, logistics integrations and operational systems, ensuring technology supports the organisation's continued growth.

This is a hands-on delivery position suited to someone with a strong understanding of retail technology environments, who can manage multiple projects, coordinate external partners and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and technology projects across the business.
• Manage initiatives involving e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, warehouse management and third-party logistics integrations.
• Oversee technology projects involving Shopify, WMS, inventory management, order processing and fulfilment systems.
• Coordinate integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERP, warehouse systems and external 3PL providers.
• Work closely with stakeholders across retail operations, e-commerce, finance, supply chain and technology.
• Manage external technology suppliers, implementation partners and internal project resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems integration, stock visibility, order management and operational efficiency.
• Provide clear project reporting and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully, with appropriate testing, implementation and business handover.

Experience Required

• Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager or Technology Delivery Lead.
• Strong experience delivering technology projects within retail, e-commerce or consumer-facing businesses.
• Experience delivering projects involving e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Good understanding of third-party logistics (3PL) integrations, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and retail fulfilment processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, business applications and systems integration.
• Understanding of retail order management, inventory management, stock visibility and related business processes.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors, technology suppliers and implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
• A practical, commercially minded approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive delivery.

Experience within fashion, luxury retail, international retail or omnichannel environments would be particularly advantageous.
