Finitas are delighted to be working with a leading provider of insurance on a Business Analyst position. Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development of its data platforms, especially the Group Data Lakehouse, and contribute to both day-to-day and strategic data initiatives. Reporting to the Group Head of Data, the role bridges business stakeholders, regional teams, and IT to ensure effective communication and delivery of data-driven solutions that meet commercial goals.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis with a focus on data and insurance.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, especially data migration, quality, and Lakehouse models.
• Experience with SQL and PowerBI
• Proven insurance sector experience (broker, MGA, or carrier preferred).
