If these resonate with you, you’ll feel right at home with us.The Opportunity We are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.You’ll have the chance to build on your existing experience and strengthen your reputation in a highly competitive field, positioning yourself as an innovator within the UK healthcare technology sector.What’s more, you’ll benefit from hybrid working that gives you genuine flexibility, and a host of other perks, helping you shape a healthier, more sustainable balance between your professional and personal life.The Role As a Product Manager, you will define and deliver the strategy and measurable outcomes for one or more of our UK healthcare solutions.Specifically, you will create and maintain a compelling product vision and long-term roadmap, translating customer, clinical and market insight into clear priorities and product decisions that align with portfolio and corporate strategy.Working closely with Product Owners and colleagues across the business, you will co-ordinate the delivery of safe, high-value enhancements and ensure solutions are successfully adopted by customers and end users.Additionally, you will:- Develop business cases, pricing and go-to-market plans- Track market and competitor insight to inform strategy- Monitor product performance and manage risks- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships- Maintain product documentation and governance artefacts About You To be considered for this role, you will need:- Significant experience in a full life-cycle product management capacity- Understanding of NHS/public sector context, healthcare market dynamics, and competitive landscape- Strong stakeholder management experience, both internal and external- Excellent project management experience and/or qualifications- Strong influencing and negotiation skills- Excellent prioritisation, delegation and time management skillsDesirable:- Experience in a healthcare or clinical decision support provider- Experience presenting business cases to senior leadership- Agile/Scrum experience; backlog prioritisation and roadmap development experience The Benefits You will be joining a very supportive team where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop new skills.
