Salary: £28,000 base + £20,000 commission (OTE £48,000 in Year One)
Location: Wakefield - Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

This role offers a dynamic blend of Business Development and Account Management , making it ideal for individuals looking to transition into a more strategic, client-facing sales career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaign
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive value
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
