Senior Commercial Paralegal – Technology (3-Month FTC, London, Hybrid)

Location: West London | Office Days: 3 days/week | Start: January

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire a Senior Commercial Paralegal on a short-term contract . This is a hands-on role providing legal support across commercial, corporate, and operational matters in a scaling business.

Role Overview

You will assist the legal team with a variety of legal and compliance-related tasks, supporting business operations while helping the team work more efficiently. The role is broad and offers exposure across commercial, corporate, and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documentation
• Support with CoSec matters (e.g. filings, minutes, board meetings, approvals).
• Advising on general legal queries across the business.
• Help maintain and organise legal records and documentation
• Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows
• Provide general administrative and project support to the legal function

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an In-House Paralegal with exposure to commercial and corporate matters
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Available to start in January and able to work in the office in West London 3 days per week
