Requirements

Understand and define the problem to be solved.

Understand users and their needs and translate into user stories.

Help the delivery team decide the best approach, manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to the agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope.

Support test functionality and ensuring it meets user and business needs.

Supporting the Product Owner with the creation of a backlog.

Modelling business processes (As is / To be)

Competencies:

You will have extensive commercial experience in the following:

Stakeholder management

Good understanding of Agile methodologies e.g (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)

Function & non-functional requirements

Acceptance criteria

User stories

Working with cross functional teams

Continuous improvement

Customer facing (build good rapport)

Understanding of Government transformation strategy & service standards

Desired:

Data mapping

Experience working with API's.
