• Proven 360 recruitment and sales experience
• Strong business development and client management capability
• Winning new business and developing strategic accounts
• Commercial mindset with strong market awareness
• Driving consistent revenue growth and market expansion
• Building long-term client partnerships
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Resilient, proactive, and highly motivated approach
• Experience working in UK, Europe or US recruitment highly-desirable
• Technology contract or perm preferred, open to other areas of expertise
