As they continue to scale, we’re helping them find a Senior Client Data Solutions Engineer to join their high-performing Client Operations team. This is a key technical role where you’ll combine hands-on backend engineering with direct client engagement, owning the full end-to-end data provisioning process and ensuring the smooth flow of high-volume data into advanced AI-powered systems.

You’ll be collaborating closely with data scientists, product managers, and cloud engineers to build robust, scalable systems that underpin personalised marketing and customer engagement solutions—all while maintaining best-in-class privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
• Develop specifications and build data ingestion pipelines to process large-scale client datasets.
• Collaborate directly with client teams to gather requirements and translate them into data specs.
• Build APIs and microservices that integrate AI models for real-time customer insights.
• Optimise system performance and reliability across high-volume data workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala (bonus for multi-language proficiency).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with big data frameworks like Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, or microservices architectures.
