Finance Transformation Lead
We’re working with a purpose led lifestyle group that combines sustainability, creativity and wellbeing across a collection of distinctive brands and experiences. As the business continues to grow, they are embarking on a major systems transformation; implementing Microsoft Business Central to strengthen financial processes and enable long-term scalability.
They are now seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead this implementation from their Kingham head office on a 12-month contract.
The opportunity
If you have a strong finance background and proven ERP project experience, this is your chance to lead a business critical transformation within a values driven organisation.
You’ll act as the key link between finance, IT and external partners ensuring a smooth and successful rollout that delivers real impact across the group. Expect visibility, ownership and the chance to shape how a growing organisation uses technology to support its mission.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead the finance workstream for the ERP implementation
• Manage timelines, deliverables and cross-functional dependencies
• Define finance requirements across GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and reporting
• Oversee configuration of Microsoft Business Central
• Drive data migration, validation and compliance
• Lead UAT and support training and change management
• Report progress to senior leadership and governance teams
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations (Business Central or similar)
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
• Strong finance systems knowledge and project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
• Collaborative, structured and able to deliver under pressure
Nice to have
• Experience in retail, manufacturing or multi-entity environments
• Knowledge of Power Platform integrations
