This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in shaping business processes, driving efficiencies, and delivering high-value projects.About the Role As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments including Operations, Finance, Technical, and Client Services. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and IT teams to define and deliver business solutions that meet strategic objectives.Your role will involve analysing and mapping processes, running stakeholder workshops, and leading the creation of business requirements to support successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across global teams to define target operating models.
  • Capture and document “as-is” processes and design improved “to-be” processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Produce requirements traceability matrices and gap analyses.
  • Communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels via workshops, reports, and presentations.
  • Support system implementation, SIT/UAT testing, and rollout.
  • Build strong, credible relationships across business units and delivery teams.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven background in business analysis and project delivery.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, requirements engineering, gap analysis, and documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Jira.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of IT concepts including software development methodologies, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with offshore teams (desirable).
