Image Verification Administrator (Temporary Contract)

Location: Coventry (Office-based training, then remote working)
Rate: £12.90 per hour
Duration: 12-14 weeks initially, with potential extension
Start Date: 30 November
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Image Verification Administrator to join a busy operational team on a temporary contract basis. This role involves reviewing and validating large volumes of vehicle images captured by camera systems, ensuring information is accurate and correctly recorded.
This is a highly focused, repetitive position requiring excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain concentration while working at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify vehicle images captured by camera systems.
• Confirm image details and ensure records are accurate.
• Process a high volume of images, potentially up to 600 per hour.
• Maintain strong levels of accuracy and productivity throughout the working day.
• Follow established processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume processing environment.
• Good computer literacy and confidence navigating multiple systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Training & Working Pattern

• 30 November - 11 December: Full-time office-based training in Coventry.
• Following successful training, the role will transition to working from home.

Important: Full attendance during the initial training period is essential. Any absence during training may impact the ability to continue in the assignment.

Holiday & Bank Holiday Working

As part of the scheduled working pattern, successful candidates will be required to work on:

• Boxing Day (26 December)
• New Year's Day
• Any applicable future Bank Holidays if the assignment is extended

Please note that these shifts are paid at the standard hourly rate.
