We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Lead to deliver a major implementation programme for a leading Tier-1 insurer. You will play a key role in designing and leading end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration streams, working closely with client stakeholders and a global delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACE-certified Guidewire professional to drive digital transformation within a large-scale P&C insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation including configuration, integration, and delivery oversight.
• Own and drive JDP, APD, and CDA workstreams, ensuring best-practice adoption across the programme.
• Design and oversee system-to-system interfaces, APIs, and data flows between PolicyCenter and external systems.
• Define and establish CI/CD pipelines and overall tooling strategy for Guidewire development and deployment.
• Collaborate with client architects and business analysts to align non-functional requirements with solution design.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to offshore teams within a global delivery model.
• Act as a customer-facing technical lead, ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• 8+ years' experience delivering Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
• ACE Certified Configurator accreditation (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Guidewire JDP (Digital Portals), APD (Advanced Product Designer), and CDA (Common Data Access).
• Proven background in integration design, Middleware, and API development.
• Experience defining and managing CI/CD and DevOps processes for Guidewire platforms.
• Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage delivery with a distributed/global technical team.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
• Day Rate: Market Rates (Inside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid London (1-2 days onsite per week)
