Key Account Manager - Manchester (Hybrid)
If you can keep customers happy, SLAs in line, and projects moving - ideally without needing three coffees first - this role could be your next step.
We're supporting an established infrastructure & services provider who are making leaps and bounds in the M&A space, looking for someone to own major strategic accounts. You'll be the go-to for high-value clients and the person who always seems to know what's going on.

What we're looking for:
- Proven Key Account Management experience and a background in telecoms/fibre/ISP
- B2B experience with leased lines and ethernet focused products
- Customer facing experience
Bonus points if you speak fluent ITIL or have a Six Sigma badge
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + bonus
