Management Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Management Consultant / Business Analyst to help drive growth and improve performance across our Tech Sales/ Repair Business.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical ability with a passion for business development. You will work closely with senior management to identify new revenue streams, optimise pricing and sales processes, and improve customer retention — helping the company grow its market share in the fast-moving Tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Work with marketing and operations teams to optimise lead generation and conversion rates.
• Evaluate partnerships, wholesale opportunities, and new service offerings.
• Use data insights to guide sales forecasting, demand planning, and business decision-making.
• Create dashboards and reports that track KPIs across sales, repairs, and customer experience.
• Streamline business processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development of sales training, customer retention programs, and loyalty initiative

About You

• Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or Sales/Operations Analyst.
• Proven ability to identify and deliver revenue growth initiatives.
• Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
• Experience in the tech repair, electronics, or service industry is a strong advantage.
