Finance Transformation Specialist - SAP

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a major global retail business undergoing a significant finance transformation programme.

The business is undertaking a large-scale ERP migration, moving from NetSuite to SAP, and is looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Specialist to play a key role in the successful delivery of the programme.

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for someone with strong SAP transformation experience and a proven track record in financial data migration.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the migration of financial data from NetSuite into SAP.
• Undertaking detailed data analysis, cleansing and validation.
• Managing data quality and ensuring financial data integrity throughout the migration.
• Performing detailed financial reconciliations between legacy and new systems.
• Supporting data migration testing, validation and UAT.
• Investigating discrepancies, identifying data issues and driving resolutions.
• Working closely with Finance, IT and wider transformation teams to ensure a successful migration.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience working on large-scale ERP or finance transformation programmes.
• Strong hands-on SAP experience within a migration or implementation environment.
• Extensive experience in financial data migration, cleansing, analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with data testing, validation and defect resolution.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and financial data.
• NetSuite experience, particularly within a migration environment, would be highly advantageous.

Important: This is not an SAP configuration role. We are looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience across the finance data workstream of a major ERP transformation.

Day Rate: £400-£500 Outside IR35
