- Build multi-step AI agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks
- Develop production RAG pipelines, embeddings and retrieval systems
- Design AI evaluation frameworks and testing infrastructure
- Optimise model performance, reliability, latency and cost
- Build backend services in Python and contribute to cloud-based systems
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction at Lead level
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial Python engineering experience
- Production LLM or ML systems experience
- Expertise with agent orchestration frameworks
- Strong RAG, vector database and retrieval evaluation knowledge
- Experience with graph-based retrieval or graph data modelling
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
